The property can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours, to photograph, depending on the size and if you choose still images or a Matterport 360 virtual tour. Please arrive early at your listing to make sure things are as you and your client have discussed. As well, please make sure the home is clean and tidy before the shoot. I will not rush, however there are limitations on the amount of time spent on a home.
Delivery -
Real Estate Photos Windsor prides itself on fast turnaround times. The tours and photos will be available, in most circumstances, less than 24 hours of the time of the photoshoot.
Photo rights and usage -
All photos produced of the property may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property. Britton Images retains all rights to all images produced. All Matterport virtual tours will be hosted for a min of one month.
Travel Fee -
Add $10- $20 travel fee if property is outside Windsor, Lakeshore or Tecumseh area
I will do my best to accomidate last min. bookings.
